This is the second collaborative venture between Sonya and Jef, held at Sonya’s property, The Land.

We are refining the ‘advanced advanced’ intensive; this the next iteration and we’re inviting our entire EFT family in for the sophomore round.

This is a retreat designed for practitioners that are ready to move into the next level of themselves in the contexts of healing, mastery, leadership, clarity, purpose, competency, personal power and skill. 

You’ve already earned the identity of Hero, as the sensitive, courageous and attuned soul who is comfortable with doing their deep inner work; you’ve already learned how to transform pain into power and have done so time and time again.

The intention of the Inner Sanctum is to augment more of who you already are.

We’re weaving the Sophia Methodology with Shadow Integration, somatic repatterning, group facilitation, integrative somatic psychology, archetype/identity work, demo sessions and real-time transformation with energetic refinement and a nurturing reset. 

There will be space to receive, space to contribute, and space to become.

• Arrival Day: Thursday, Jan 8th
  Please plan to arrive at the retreat property by 4:00 PM so you have time to settle in before our Opening Circle that evening.
  
  
• Departure Day: Monday, Jan 12th
  We'll close the retreat with a final integration circle, wrapping up by 12:00 PM so you can make your way home feeling complete and grounded.

• Travel to Retreat Site: The retreat property is located about 40miles outside of Austin. The easiest and most direct option is to take an Uber/Lyft from the airport.
