How it started:
"Can you start a school or smthn."
This is literally what someone texted me after experiencing my work. After moving from pain into power, with astonishingly rapidity. A person who was already familiar with inner work and had an understanding of what their untapped potential might be. They had been working towards that for a while. It was a long uphill battle before we met. But now something had shifted, drastically. They could tell I was doing something different. The work landed deeper; the results were lasting and more pronounced. Things were actually moving in a liberated direction for them, and they wanted to understand how and why.
I'd already successfully pulled myself out of Hell and created a life that I deemed beautiful; I was just walking people through my own process and had found purpose and deep satisfaction in helping others set themselves free. People kept asking how I was doing what I was doing. Coaches, therapists, EFT practitioners, thought leaders. People already helping other people. They wanted to enhance their offerings and results. So I analyzed my approach and reverse-engineered it. The Sanctum is what I came up with.

The Sanctum Online is a 12-week virtual certification that trains you in three interlocking disciplines: EFT, Shadow Integration, and Cognitive Design, so you can help people heal trauma, break patterns, and move powerfully towards their most empowered Self. We learn to model this by developing an embodied awareness of how to transform pain into power. Then it becomes effortless to share.

Hi, I'm Jeff
I created the Sanctum out of necessity; firstly to save my own life, and then eventually because I kept hitting the ceiling of what transformational work could produce. What I had learned about self healing was powerful, life-changing, but I eventually kept coming up against the same patterns and internal obstacles again and again. I could tell something wasn't getting addressed at the depth it actually needed, both in my own process and the people I was serving.
The methodology I developed is the result of thousands of hours of exploration, examination, refinement, and practice; my own blood, sweat, lots of tears and snot, triumphs, losses, frustrations, failures, wins, redemptions, hard lessons learnt and sweet celebrations earned. It works, in a way I've not seen anything else replicate.
This program is everything I wish had existed when I started; it will literally save you priceless years of time and energy and set you apart in a world screaming for integrated agents of change.
